Ksom is a version of the ketogenic diet, or keto diet, a high-fat, low-carb eating plan. Ksom decreases fat consumption while increasing protein and carb consumption, allowing for a wider variety of carb sources, such as fruit, vegetables, beans, and whole grains, leaner cuts of meat, as well as seafood. Ksom is a less strict version of the traditional keto diet. Ksom is designed to boost long-term adherence and improve the healthfulness of consumed foods.
